conceptTaxonomyWorkflow performs an action on a document following a classification decision, when specific criteria are met. The source type works in SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, and for all document types. It also integrates with enterprise applications, databases, and other Concept Searching applications, such as conceptClassifier for Exchange, conceptClassifier for Box, conceptClassifier for OpenText Content Suite, and conceptClassifier for CMIS Repositories.

Redaction capabilities are incorporated into the conceptTaxonomyWorkflow component. During migration, documents can optionally be processed by a redaction handler. Allowing for the automated removal of sensitive content identified by entity extraction, regular expressions, and custom entities specific to business needs. Cleansed documents are then pushed to the destination system as normal. The decision to delete or keep the original documents is entirely configurable. Support is available for text files, Office files, and PDF files.
