Survey participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Contest is managed by Concept Searching, Inc. Eligibility: Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and is open to all persons aged 18 and older. Void where prohibited. All federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

The free Microsoft Ignite Conference Pass does not include any travel arrangements, coverage of travel, or lodging. The winners of the Amazon Gift Cards must reside in the United States.


The Contest is sponsored by Concept Searching, Inc. located at 1765 Greensboro Station Place, Suite 900, McLean, VA 22102.

How to Enter

Participants enter the Contest when completing the survey by following the link in a Concept Searching email invitation or directly from the Concept Searching website, or social media sites. Survey completion is necessary to enter the drawing. By completing the survey in its entirety, participants will be automatically entered into the prize drawing. The contest will be open until June 30, 2017 and may be canceled at any time at Concept Searching’s sole discretion with or without notice.

Selection of Winner

The winners will be selected at random. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone within 2 days of the drawing. The winners must claim their prize by phone within 3 business days of receiving winning notification. The winners will be required to provide their current postal address as proof of identity. The prize will be arranged no later than 5 days of receipt of winner’s claim. Concept Searching is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If the selected winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, or fail to claim a prize within 3 business days of notification, prize may be awarded to another randomly selected winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the winner’s email account.

Winners must agree to publication of their name on the Concept Searching web site and appropriate press regarding the contest and selection of winners.

Contest Period

The Contest is open from March 18 to June 30, 2017.


By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Concept Searching, which will be final. Concept Searching, agents and representatives of Concept Searching, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Concept Searching that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Concept Searching reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest. Concept Searching may at its discretion cancel the Contest at its discretion without notice.

By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold Concept Searching and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Concept Searching, its advertising, promotion, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest.
