Energy Regulator Deploys Content Optimization, Validation, and Reporting Toolkit to Increase Records Management Performance and Decrease Costs
One of the largest nonprofit public benefit corporations in the US chose Concept Searching’s Content Optimization, Validation, and Reporting Toolkit, which comprises components and services that are configured and customized to meet individual client requirements, to significantly improve its records management processes.
Key issues this energy regular wanted to address were:
- Determining how many documents were being tagged, and how many were not being tagged at all. This would help the enterprise focus on clue development in the areas where tagging was not taking place.
- Identifying documents where automatic tags had been overridden, to again allow the organization to identify problem areas, so understand which area to concentrate on in order to make improvements.
With a focus on using the toolkit for tagging validation, the regulator can now benefit from being able to scan all its documents, regardless of the documents’ locations, and also gain access to the auto-classification procedures.
